NP Eiendomsinvest AS's sole task is to be a shareholder in North Bridge Nordic Property AS (NBNP).

NBNP is an investment company that focuses on property in Norway and Sweden, but can also invest in Denmark. Our approach to investment lies between the more passive property investor who seeks a stable yield and the more speculative developer. Our aim is to combine cash flow properties and development properties to ensure investors a good yield and at the same time to curb risk. The company was established in June 2006 and will, according to its statutes, be closed down on 31 December 2012.
