North Bridge Nordic Property AS is an investment company focusing on real property in Norway and Sweden but also able to invest in Denmark. Our approach to investment lies between the more passive property investor who seeks a stable yield and the more speculative developer. Our aim is to combine cash flow properties and development properties to ensure investors a good yield and at the same time curb risk. The company was established in June 2006 and will, according to its statutes, close down on 31 December 2012.

North Bridge Nordic Property AS is owned by about 50 shareholders. The largest holder is the investment company NP Eiendomsinvest AS which holds about 52% of the shares.

The company owns 11 properties, comprising seven in Norway and four in Sweden.

The company is listed on the Norwegian Securities Dealers Association's OTC list under the ticker NBNP and reports quarterly to its shareholders, with accounting data and valuation reported half-yearly.
